The foam has just enough give that my chewer hasn't been able to puncture it yet, and it bounces nicely for fetch in the yard. I appreciate how lightweight it is for him to carry around.

The foam is firm enough for tug-of-war but still soft on my pup's teeth. She grabs it immediately after every walk for a quick chew session. Finally found a toy that lasts more than a day with our chewer.

Our crazy lab mix absolutely loves this stick, it bounces unpredictably when thrown and keeps her sprinting for twenty minutes straight. The foam material feels tough yet gives a little when she chomps down, which makes me less nervous than a hard plastic toy.
